Marketing Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Travel Pass offers available to qualifying customers who book accommodation for the 2026/27 academic year at participating Student Roost properties.

Definitions

‘Travel Pass’ refers to a public transport travel ticket, card, or digital code (including, but not limited to, bus, tram, or metro passes) issued by a third-party travel provider and supplied to qualifying customers as part of this offer. ‘Issuing Organisation’ refers to the third-party provider responsible for issuing and managing the Travel Pass. ‘Offer Period’ means the period specified on the relevant property page during which qualifying bookings must be made to be eligible for this offer. Each offer remains valid until all Travel Passes have been claimed or the offer expiry date passes, whichever occurs first.

‘Qualifying Booking’ means a completed room booking at a participating Student Roost property for the 2026/27 academic year, subject to the offer-specific Eligibility Criteria described below and those on the relevant property page.

The maximum number of Travel Pass offers available at a property may be limited. Travel Pass offers may also vary by monetary amount or to a specific room type, details of which can be found on each relevant property page.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a Travel Pass, a customer must:

· Complete a Qualifying Booking at a participating Student Roost property during the relevant Offer Period; and

· Enter the promotional code specified on the property page at the time of booking (if required); and

· Complete all booking requirements (accept the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, pay the deposit (if applicable), ensure that the guarantor signs and returns the Guarantee Agreement) for a minimum tenancy period of 40 weeks, and pay the rent instalments due under their 2026/27 tenancy agreement in cleared funds by the due date; and

· Check in to the relevant property at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy and not have given notice of cancellation; and

· Be aged 18 or over and enrolled in UK higher or further education.

Current customers who are in rent arrears or otherwise in breach of their tenancy agreement with Student Roost (whether current or prior) are not eligible for this offer.

2. Reward Details

Qualifying customers shall receive a Travel Pass issued by the Issuing Organisation, providing access to public transport services as detailed on the participating Student Roost property page. The number of Travel Passes available may be limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Travel Pass codes or activation instructions will be sent to qualifying customers by email, using the address provided during the booking process, no later than 23:59 BST on 31 October 2026, that the qualifying customer has:

i. checked into the relevant property; and

ii. fully complied with all steps and requirements described in paragraph 1 (Eligibility Criteria) above.

The Travel Pass is personal to the qualifying customer and is non-transferable. No cash or gift card alternative is available.

3. Restrictions

· Travel Passes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative rewards.

· Only one Travel Pass will be issued per qualifying tenancy.

· Customers in dual occupancy rooms are entitled to one Travel Pass only.

· Travel Passes cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings completed before the relevant Offer Period.

· Travel Passes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

· This offers excludes bookings made through a nomination agreement and referral agreement but includes a student referred via an Agent Agreement, unless explicitly stated on the property page.

· Student Roost reserves the right to substitute a Travel Pass with an alternative of equal value if, for any reason, it is unable to provide the advertised Travel Pass.

· If a customer cancels their 2026/27 tenancy agreement during the tenancy period they will forfeit entitlement to the Travel Pass.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

By making a Qualifying Booking, customers give their consent for their personal data – including full name, date of birth, email address, and postal address – to be shared with the Issuing Organisation for the sole purpose of issuing and administering the Travel Pass. Qualifying customers acknowledge and agree that:

i. They will keep all access details or digital codes relating to the Travel Pass secure and

confidential; ii. They will not misuse or share those details with others; iii. Use of the Travel Pass is subject to the Issuing Organisation’s own terms and conditions, and Student Roost accepts no responsibility for their operation or validity. Customers may withdraw consent for data sharing before their information is shared with the Issuing Organisation by contacting Student Roost at [email protected]. Once shared, data subject requests must be directed to the Issuing Organisation, which acts as an independent data controller.

54. General Terms

Rooms are subject to availability.

Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

The Travel Pass is issued and managed solely by the Issuing Organisation, and Student Roost shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from its use or availability.

The decision to issue or withdraw the Travel Pass incentive is at the absolute discretion of Student Roost.

Student Roost reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this offer at any time.

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Friends who complete a booking to live together in the same cluster flat (“en-suite or bedroom”) at one of the properties listed in paragraph 2 below for the 2026/27 academic year, as a minimum group of four, will receive 1 x £500 Amazon Gift Card per cluster flat, subject to these terms and conditions.

Only a limited number of Amazon Gift Cards is available at each property.

3. The minimum size of a group booking is 4 (four) persons. 

4. To qualify customers must:

(a) complete a booking as a group (with a minimum of 4 members) in a cluster flat for the 2026/27 academic year during the Entry Period for a minimum tenancy period of 40 weeks using the ‘Book as a Group’ option on the relevant Student Roost property page (and if applicable make a booking through an approved Student Roost agent); 

AND each individual member of the group must:

be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and

(b) be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; and

(c) check-in to the relevant property at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy by no later than 30 September 2026.

For a group booking to complete each member of the group must have accepted the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any) and any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period must have expired without any of them giving Student Roost notice of cancellation. Internet access is required.

5. Rooms are subject to availability. 

6. Bookings for Studio rooms and Apartments are excluded from this offer. 

7. This offer excludes bookings referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement but is eligible for agent bookings.

8. The £500 Amazon Gift Card will be available for collection, from the reception desk of the relevant property, to any member of the group whose name is on the booking , no later than 30 November 2026. No cash or gift card alternative is available. 

9. Only one £500 Amazon Gift Card per group booking is permitted. The Amazon Gift Card is personal to the qualifying group and is non-transferable. 

10. Use of the Amazon Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing organisation. Student Roost is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of a customer’s use of the Amazon Gift Card.

11. If all individuals in the group booking do not check in to the property at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy by 30 September 2026 they will forfeit entitlement to the £500 amazon voucher. If the minimum number of customers who check in to the property falls below the minimum of four individuals in a group, the full group will forfeit the Amazon Gift Card.

12. Customers who are rebooking or customer who are in rent arrears under a 2025/26 tenancy agreement with Student Roost, or any prior tenancy agreement with Student Roost, are not eligible for this offer.

13. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

14. This offer can be applied in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

15. By booking as a group, each customer consents to their email address and contact details being used by Student Roost for the purposes of contacting them in connection with this offer. 

16. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and courts.

17. Student Roost reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.

1. For a booking to complete, the customer must have accepted the terms and conditions of Student Roost's 2026/27 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any), their guarantor must have signed and returned the guarantee agreement and any applicable cooling-off period must have expired without the customer giving notice of cancellation. Internet access is required.

2. This offer is available on all room types (Ensuite-only as of 11/08/2026) and tenancy lengths at Trinity Square unless otherwise stated by Student Roost.
3. Eligibility for the offer will be determined by the date and time a booking is fully completed. Once all 50 promotional rewards have been allocated, the offer will automatically close, regardless of whether the Offer Period has ended.
4. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers who have already completed a room booking for the 2026/27 academic year.
5. This offer excludes bookings for the 2026/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement.
6. Only one promotional reward is available per qualifying customer. Customers in dual occupancy rooms are only entitled to one reward between them.
7. Following completion of the booking and expiry of any applicable cooling-off period, qualifying customers will be contacted by email and provided with a link to a form through which they can select either:
   • £250 cashback via Pluxee; or
   • a Nottingham Express Transit (NET) annual tram pass.

Student Roost intends to issue these emails on a fortnightly basis, although timing may vary at Student Roost's discretion.

1. Qualifying customers must submit their reward selection via the form provided no later than 23:59 BST on 30 August 2026.
2. If a qualifying customer does not submit a reward selection by 23:59 BST on 30 August 2026, they will automatically be allocated the £250 cashback via Pluxee and will not be entitled to request a Nottingham Express Transit (NET) annual tram pass thereafter.
3. Customers who do not check in on or before 20 October 2026 will forfeit entitlement to the promotional reward.
4. The promotional reward is personal to the qualifying customer and is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available in respect of the NET annual tram pass.
5. Customers selecting the £250 cashback option will receive a £250 Pluxee cashback voucher. The cashback reward is subject to the terms and conditions of Pluxee. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for any restrictions, limitations, service interruptions or changes imposed by Pluxee.
6. Customers selecting the Nottingham Express Transit (NET) annual tram pass option will receive a tram pass of a type and validity period determined by Student Roost. The tram pass is subject to the terms and conditions of Nottingham Express Transit and may be subject to route, geographic area, time period and usage restrictions imposed by Nottingham Express Transit. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for any changes, suspension or withdrawal of services by Nottingham Express Transit.
7. Student Roost reserves the right to substitute either reward option with an alternative item or benefit of equal or greater value if, for any reason, it is unable to provide the advertised reward.
8. If a customer cancels their 2026/27 tenancy agreement during the tenancy period they will forfeit entitlement to the promotional reward. If the reward has already been issued, Student Roost reserves the right to recover the reward or charge the customer the value of the benefit provided.
9. By completing a room booking a customer gives their consent for their email address and contact details to be used by Student Roost and any third-party fulfilment provider for the purpose of administering the offer, contacting them regarding their reward selection and delivering the selected reward.
10. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

• TOTUM card;
• NUS card;
• Sheffield Hallam University student card; or
• University of Sheffield student card.

1. The Supertram Sheffield Annual Pass is valid on all tram and Tram Train services only and is subject to the terms and conditions of Supertram Sheffield. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for any route restrictions, service interruptions, timetable changes, suspension, or withdrawal of services by Supertram Sheffield.
2. No refund or replacement will be provided for lost, stolen, defaced, damaged or unused passes.
3. Student Roost reserves the right to substitute the promotional reward with an alternative item or benefit of equal or greater value if, for any reason, it is unable to provide the advertised reward.

participating Student Roost properties listed in paragraph 2 below. 

1. Definitions 

‘Cashback’ refers to a monetary reward for booking accommodation with Student Roost for  

the 2026/27 academic year, subject to the terms and conditions set out below. 

‘Offer Period’ means the period between 17:00 BST on 26 June 2026 and 23:59 BST on 06  

September 2026 for the properties in paragraph 2, or until all Cashback allocations have been  

claimed, whichever occurs first. 

‘Minimum tenancy period’ means the minimum tenancy length stated on the relevant property  

page. 

Customers who complete a room booking for the 2026/27 academic year at one of the  

qualifying properties listed in paragraph 2 will receive Cashback, subject to these terms and  

conditions. No cash alternative is available. 

The maximum number of Cashback offers available at each property listed in paragraph 2 is  

limited to 50, unless specified below. Each qualifying customer will receive £250 Cashback  

and must enter the promotional code Cashback250. Cashback offers may also be restricted  

to specific room types and tenancy periods as detailed in paragraph 2.

To qualify for a Cashback reward, a customer must: 

a) Book a room for the 2026/27 academic year during the Offer Period at one of the eligible  

properties listed in paragraph 2, for the specified minimum tenancy period and, if applicable,  

in a qualifying room type; and 

b) Enter the promotional code Cashback250 during the booking application; and 

c) Complete all booking requirements (accept the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s  

2026/27 tenancy agreement, pay the deposit (if applicable), ensure that the guarantor signs  

and returns the Guarantee Agreement) for a minimum tenancy period of 40 weeks, and pay  

the rent instalments due under their 2026/27 tenancy agreement in cleared funds by the due  

date; and 

d) Check in to the relevant property listed in paragraph 2 at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy  

and not have given notice of cancellation; and 

e) Be aged 18 or over and enrolled in UK higher/further education. 

f) Customers who are in rent arrears or in breach of any prior tenancy agreement with Student  

Roost are not eligible for this offer. 

4. The Cashback will be issued in the form of a pre-paid virtual payment card. A link to the prepaid virtual payment card will be sent to qualifying customers, via the email address provided  

to Student Roost during the room booking process, no later than 31 October 2026 providing  

that the qualifying customer has: i. checked into the relevant property listed in paragraph 2;  

and ii. fully complied with all steps and requirements described in paragraph 3 above. 

5. Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or transferred. 

6. Only one Cashback reward per qualifying tenancy. 

7. Customers in dual occupancy rooms are entitled to one pre-paid virtual payment card only. 

8. Cashback cannot be applied retrospectively to customers who have already completed a  

room booking at a property listed in paragraph 2 for the 2026/27 academic year before this  

Offer Period. 

9. This offer can be used in conjunction with any other Student Roost offer or promotion  

unless expressly stated otherwise. 

10. This offer excludes bookings for the 2026/27 academic year made through a nomination  

agreement or referral agreement. 

11. Rooms at the properties listed in paragraph 2 are subject to availability. 

12. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during  

the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or  

software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 

13. The pre-paid payment card will be valid for one (1) year from the date of dispatch. The  

expiry date will be indicated on the card. 

14. Use of the card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer and/or Pluxee UK  

Ltd. 

15. Student Roost shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from  

participation in this incentive or use of the card. 

16. The offer is personal to the qualifying customer. The pre-paid virtual payment card is nontransferable. 

17. In the event of early termination of the tenancy agreement at any point during the  

academic year, we reserve the right to withdraw any Cashback offer and/or deduct the value  

of any Cashback already paid from any refund that may be due. 

18. Student Roost may, at its discretion, provide Cashback through an alternative method if  

for any reason it is unable to facilitate the pre-paid virtual payment card. Requests for any  

alternative methods will not be accepted. 

19. The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Student Roost. Student Roost  

reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time. 

20. Student Roost reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend offers at any time. These  

terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English  

courts.

1. Eligibility

a) Book a room for the 2026/27 academic year during the Offer Period at one of the eligible properties listed in paragraph 2, for the specified minimum tenancy period and, if applicable, in a qualifying room type; and 

b) Enter the promotional code Cashback750 during the booking application; and 

c) Complete all booking requirements (accept the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, pay the deposit (if applicable), ensure that the guarantor signs and returns the Guarantee Agreement) for a minimum tenancy period of 40 weeks, and pay the rent instalments due under their 2026/27 tenancy agreement in cleared funds by the due date; and 

d) Check in to the relevant property listed in paragraph 2 at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy and not have given notice of cancellation; and 

e) Be aged 18 or over and enrolled in UK higher/further education. 

f) This offer is open to new customers, existing customers, rebookers and customers booking through an approved Student Roost agent. 

g) Customers who are in rent arrears or in breach of any prior tenancy agreement with Student Roost are not eligible for this offer. 

1. The Cashback will be issued in the form of a pre-paid virtual payment card. A link to the pre-paid virtual payment card will be sent to qualifying customers, via the email address provided to Student Roost during the room booking process, no later than 31 October 2026 providing that the qualifying customer has: i. checked into the relevant property listed in paragraph 2; and ii. fully complied with all steps and requirements described in paragraph 3 above.
2. Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or transferred.
3. Only one Cashback reward per qualifying tenancy.
4. Customers in dual occupancy rooms are entitled to one pre-paid virtual payment card only.

The first 20 customers who make a room booking at Corfe House for the 2026/27 academic year between 12:00pm BST on 13 August 2026 and 23:59 BST on 6 September 2026, or until all bus passes have been allocated, whichever occurs first  

("Offer Period"), will receive a free bus pass, subject to these terms and conditions.  

2. There are a total of 20 free bus passes available. This offer is open to new customers, existing customers who currently hold a tenancy agreement with Student Roost for the 2025/26 academic year, and customers booking through an approved Student Roost agent.  

3. To qualify a customer must:  

• complete a booking for the 2026/27 academic year at Corfe House during the Offer Period; and  

• enter the code CFBusPass in their booking application; and  

• if applicable, make a booking through an approved Student Roost agent; and  

• be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and  

• be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; and  

• check in to Corfe House on or before 20 October 2026; and  

• if an existing customer, pay all rent instalments due and any other outstanding  

amounts or fees owed to Student Roost under their 2025/26 tenancy agreement;  

and  

• not give notice to cancel their 2026/27 tenancy agreement.  

For a booking to complete, the customer must have accepted the terms and conditions of Student Roost's 2026/27 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any), their guarantor must have signed and returned the guarantee agreement and any applicable cooling off period must have expired without the customer giving notice of cancellation. Internet access is required.  

4. Rooms are subject to availability.  

5. This offer is available on all room types and tenancy lengths at Corfe House unless otherwise stated by Student Roost.  

6. Eligibility for the offer will be determined by the date and time a booking is fully completed. Once all 40 bus passes have been allocated, the offer will automatically close, regardless of whether the Offer Period has ended.  

7. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers who have already completed a room booking for the 2026/27 academic year.  

8. This offer excludes bookings for the 2026/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement.  

9. Only one free bus pass is available per qualifying customer. Customers in dual occupancy rooms are only entitled to one bus pass between them.  

10. Qualifying customers will be contacted by email by 31 October 2026 with details regarding collection or delivery of their bus pass, subject to the qualifying customer having checked in by 20 October 2026 and confirming their email address on check-in.  

11. Customers who do not check in on or before 20 October 2026 will forfeit entitlement to the free bus pass.  

12. The free bus pass is personal to the qualifying customer and is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available.  

13. Student Roost reserves the right to substitute the advertised bus pass with an alternative travel-related benefit of equal or greater value if, for any reason, it is  

unable to procure the advertised bus pass.  

14. The UNIBUS Bus Pass is subject to the terms and conditions of UNIBUS and may be subject to route, geographic area, time period and usage restrictions imposed by UNIBUS. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for any changes, suspension or withdrawal of services by UNIBUS.  

15. If a customer cancels their 2026/27 tenancy agreement during the tenancy period they will forfeit entitlement to the UNIBUS Bus Pass. If the UNIBUS Bus Pass has already been issued, Student Roost reserves the right to recover the UNIBUS  

Bus Pass or charge the customer the value of the benefit provided.  

16. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server  

failure of any kind.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all qualifying customers who successfully refer new customers for the 2026/27 academic year to live at Student Roost properties. 

Definitions

Cashback Card – A pre-paid virtual payment card issued by Pluxee UK Ltd to qualifying customers for the purpose of receiving Cashback rewards under this incentive. The card is personal, non-transferable, and valid for one (1) year from the date of dispatch.

Cashback Payment – The £150 reward added to the qualifying customer’s Cashback Card for each successful referral made during the Entry Period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Overview

Customers who refer a person to live with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year between 00:01am GMT on 3 November 2025 to 11:59pm BST on 30 September 2026 (“Entry Period”) will receive £150 (one hundred and fifty) referral Cashback Payment, subject to these terms and conditions. No cash alternative is available.

Qualifying customers will receive £150 the Cashback Payment for each referred person during the Entry Period subject to Eligibility Criteria below.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, a customer must:

• be living with Student Roost during the 2025/26 academic year with a valid tenancy agreement or
• complete a room booking with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year;
• provide the customer’s Referral Code to the referred person;

AND the referred person must satisfy all the following conditions:

1. not have a tenancy agreement with Student Roost for the 2025/26 academic year; and
2. complete a room booking* with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year during the Entry Period for a minimum tenancy period of 30 weeks; and
3. enter the customer’s Referral Code in their booking application; and
4. be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and
5. be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; and
6. check-in to the property at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and
7. be living with Student Roost on 24 October 2026 with a valid tenancy agreement and without having given Student Roost notice of cancellation.

* A booking is considered complete once the referred person has:

• Accepted the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement; and
• Paid the deposit (if applicable) and their first instalment; and
• Provided a signed Guarantee Agreement from their guarantor;  and
• Passed cooling off/cancellation period without cancelling.

Reward Details

Cashback Payment will be paid to the Cashback Card. 

A link to Cashback Card will be sent to qualifying customers in October 2026, via the email address provided to Student Roost during the room booking process (and no later than 31 December 2026 if checked in on or after 24 October 2026) provided that: 

i. The qualifying customer complied with all Eligibility Criteria above; and

ii. The referred person has checked in and complied with all Eligibility Criteria above.

The Cashback Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of dispatch. The expiry date will be printed on the card.

Cashback Payment Schedule: Cashback Payments will be processed in scheduled batches. An initial payment batch may be issued in mid-October for qualifying customers whose referred persons have checked in by 1 October 2026, followed by a subsequent batch issued after 24 October 2026. Additional payment processing may occur towards the end of the year and should be no later than 31 December 2026.

Restrictions

• £150 cashback per qualifying referral during the Entry Period.
• No limit to the number of referrals.
• A referral cannot be counted if the referred person has already been referred by someone else.
• Qualifying customers in dual-occupancy rooms will receive one Cashback Card with Cashback Payment added for each successful referral.
• The Referral Code must be entered at the time of booking; retrospective claims cannot be accepted. The Referral Code can be found in the customer’s account and may be given to multiple people to use.
• This offer excludes bookings for the 2026/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement or an agent.
• The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers whose Referrals have already booked a room with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Customers who are in rent arrears under their 2025/26 tenancy agreement with Student Roost, or any prior tenancy agreement with Student Roost, or who are otherwise in breach of their 2025/26 tenancy agreement, are not eligible for this offer.
• The Cashback Card is personal to the qualifying customer and non-transferable.
• Student Roost may, at its discretion, provide Cashback Payment through an alternative method, if for any reason it is unable to facilitate the Cashback Card. Request for any alternative methods will not be accepted. 

Data Protection and Privacy

By giving your Referral Code to any person for use in their booking application with Student Roost qualifying customers give their consent to the sharing of their personal data – including full name, date of birth, email address, and postal address – with both Student Roost and Pluxee UK Ltd. solely for the specific purpose of issuing the Cashback Card and administering the Cashback Payment.

Qualifying customers acknowledge and agree:

i.             that they will keep the Security Information, used to access their Cashback Card, confidential and secure. 

ii.           not to misuse or misappropriate this Security Information, and 

iii.         not to share or disclose it to any other person, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or the Card Terms and Conditions.

Qualifying customers have the right to withdraw their consent before their data is shared with Pluxee UK Ltd. This can be done either:

•            through their account on the Student Roost portal (if applicable), or

•            by contacting Student Roost directly at [email protected]

Once the data is shared with Pluxee UK Ltd, Student Roost is no longer able to withdraw consent on behalf of the customer. After data is shared, any requests to withdraw consent, exercise data subject rights, or delete personal data before or after registration with Pluxee UK Ltd, must be directed to Pluxee UK Ltd, who act as the independent data controller from that point onward.

General Terms

Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

Use of the card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer and/or Pluxee UK Ltd. Student Roost shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in this incentive or use of the card. 

The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Student Roost. Student Roost reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.

Student Roost reserves the right to limit this offer to prevent unusual use and abuse. Where Student Roost suspects unusual use or abuse it reserves the right to suspend a customer’s right to the offer.

a. Join ‘Results Day with Roost’ TikTok live hosted by ; @StudentRoostUK during the Entry Period and

b. share the name of the university they will be attending, or are hoping to attend, for the 2026/27 academic year, and an emoji on how they are feeling on results day, by commenting during the TikTok live stream; and

c. be aged 17 years or older; and

d. be starting a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; and

e. Participants do not need to be a Student Roost resident or customer. For the avoidance of doubt employees, contractors, agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Internet access is required.

2. Participants who complete any of the steps set out in paragraphs 1(a)-1(e) outside the Entry Period will not be eligible for the prize draw. 

3. Entries will not be considered if the participant’s comments contain any material which is obscene, offensive, threatening, hateful, inflammatory, defamatory, promotes sexually explicit material, promotes violence, promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age and/or promotes any illegal activity.

4. Each participant who meets all eligibility criteria in paragraph 1 above will be entered into the prize draw to receive one of four £100 eGift Cards, listed above. Only one entry is permitted per username i.e. participants who publish multiple comments will only be permitted one entry to the prize draw.

5. There will only be 4 winners. The winners will be chosen from all eligible entries by random draw at the end of the TikTok Live broadcast.

6. The winner will be notified at the end of the TikTok Live and will be contacted via Direct Message on TikTok from @studentroostUK to the TikTok username used by the winner to complete the steps to qualify in paragraph 1 above, by no later than 5:00pm BST on 14 August 2026. The winner will be required to direct message Student Roost with their email address and a copy of their university confirmation letter no later than 12:00pm (BST) on 21 August 2026, which must include evidence of their student status for 2026/27. The winner’s email address will only be used for the purpose of corresponding with them in connection with this promotion, to confirm their student status and to send them one of the Prizes within 14 days of their proof of student ID and email address being provided to @studentroostuk.

7. If a winner fails to produce evidence of their student ID, as described in paragraph 7 above, to Student Roost’s satisfaction within 14 days of the relevant notification that they are the winner, they will forfeit entitlement to the prize and the prize draw may be re-drawn at random from all eligible entries and a new winner chosen. If a winner fails to respond to Student Roost’s notification or Direct Message request, within 14 days of notification that they are the winner, they will forfeit entitlement to the prize. If there is any doubt or dispute as to whether any evidence of identity is satisfactory the decision of Student Roost will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The first winner will receive their choice of 1 x £100 gift card stated above, and the remaining winners will choose their 1 x £100 gift card from the remaining Prizes.

10. Each participant grants Student Roost permission to use recordings from the TikTok Live for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions and for promotional purposes, without compensation.

11. The eGift Card is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred to any other person.

If the device has already been dispatched or delivered, Student Roost reserves the right to recover the device or charge the customer the retail value of the device.
12. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
