These Terms and Conditions apply to all Travel Pass offers available to qualifying customers who book accommodation for the 2026/27 academic year at participating Student Roost properties.
Definitions
‘Travel Pass’ refers to a public transport travel ticket, card, or digital code (including, but not limited to, bus, tram, or metro passes) issued by a third-party travel provider and supplied to qualifying customers as part of this offer. ‘Issuing Organisation’ refers to the third-party provider responsible for issuing and managing the Travel Pass. ‘Offer Period’ means the period specified on the relevant property page during which qualifying bookings must be made to be eligible for this offer. Each offer remains valid until all Travel Passes have been claimed or the offer expiry date passes, whichever occurs first.
‘Qualifying Booking’ means a completed room booking at a participating Student Roost property for the 2026/27 academic year, subject to the offer-specific Eligibility Criteria described below and those on the relevant property page.
The maximum number of Travel Pass offers available at a property may be limited. Travel Pass offers may also vary by monetary amount or to a specific room type, details of which can be found on each relevant property page.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a Travel Pass, a customer must:
· Complete a Qualifying Booking at a participating Student Roost property during the relevant Offer Period; and
· Enter the promotional code specified on the property page at the time of booking (if required); and
· Complete all booking requirements (accept the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, pay the deposit (if applicable), ensure that the guarantor signs and returns the Guarantee Agreement) for a minimum tenancy period of 40 weeks, and pay the rent instalments due under their 2026/27 tenancy agreement in cleared funds by the due date; and
· Check in to the relevant property at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy and not have given notice of cancellation; and
· Be aged 18 or over and enrolled in UK higher or further education.
Current customers who are in rent arrears or otherwise in breach of their tenancy agreement with Student Roost (whether current or prior) are not eligible for this offer.
2. Reward Details
Qualifying customers shall receive a Travel Pass issued by the Issuing Organisation, providing access to public transport services as detailed on the participating Student Roost property page. The number of Travel Passes available may be limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Travel Pass codes or activation instructions will be sent to qualifying customers by email, using the address provided during the booking process, no later than 23:59 BST on 31 October 2026, that the qualifying customer has:
i. checked into the relevant property; and
ii. fully complied with all steps and requirements described in paragraph 1 (Eligibility Criteria) above.
The Travel Pass is personal to the qualifying customer and is non-transferable. No cash or gift card alternative is available.
3. Restrictions
· Travel Passes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative rewards.
· Only one Travel Pass will be issued per qualifying tenancy.
· Customers in dual occupancy rooms are entitled to one Travel Pass only.
· Travel Passes cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings completed before the relevant Offer Period.
· Travel Passes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
· This offers excludes bookings made through a nomination agreement and referral agreement but includes a student referred via an Agent Agreement, unless explicitly stated on the property page.
· Student Roost reserves the right to substitute a Travel Pass with an alternative of equal value if, for any reason, it is unable to provide the advertised Travel Pass.
· If a customer cancels their 2026/27 tenancy agreement during the tenancy period they will forfeit entitlement to the Travel Pass.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
By making a Qualifying Booking, customers give their consent for their personal data – including full name, date of birth, email address, and postal address – to be shared with the Issuing Organisation for the sole purpose of issuing and administering the Travel Pass. Qualifying customers acknowledge and agree that:
i. They will keep all access details or digital codes relating to the Travel Pass secure and
confidential; ii. They will not misuse or share those details with others; iii. Use of the Travel Pass is subject to the Issuing Organisation’s own terms and conditions, and Student Roost accepts no responsibility for their operation or validity. Customers may withdraw consent for data sharing before their information is shared with the Issuing Organisation by contacting Student Roost at [email protected]. Once shared, data subject requests must be directed to the Issuing Organisation, which acts as an independent data controller.
54. General Terms
Rooms are subject to availability.
Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The Travel Pass is issued and managed solely by the Issuing Organisation, and Student Roost shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from its use or availability.
The decision to issue or withdraw the Travel Pass incentive is at the absolute discretion of Student Roost.
Student Roost reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this offer at any time.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

3. The minimum size of a group booking is 4 (four) persons.
4. To qualify customers must:
(a) complete a booking as a group (with a minimum of 4 members) in a cluster flat for the 2026/27 academic year during the Entry Period for a minimum tenancy period of 40 weeks using the ‘Book as a Group’ option on the relevant Student Roost property page (and if applicable make a booking through an approved Student Roost agent);
AND each individual member of the group must:
be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and
(b) be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; and
(c) check-in to the relevant property at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy by no later than 30 September 2026.
For a group booking to complete each member of the group must have accepted the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any) and any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period must have expired without any of them giving Student Roost notice of cancellation. Internet access is required.
5. Rooms are subject to availability.
6. Bookings for Studio rooms and Apartments are excluded from this offer.
7. This offer excludes bookings referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement but is eligible for agent bookings.
8. The £500 Amazon Gift Card will be available for collection, from the reception desk of the relevant property, to any member of the group whose name is on the booking , no later than 30 November 2026. No cash or gift card alternative is available.
9. Only one £500 Amazon Gift Card per group booking is permitted. The Amazon Gift Card is personal to the qualifying group and is non-transferable.
10. Use of the Amazon Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing organisation. Student Roost is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of a customer’s use of the Amazon Gift Card.
11. If all individuals in the group booking do not check in to the property at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy by 30 September 2026 they will forfeit entitlement to the £500 amazon voucher. If the minimum number of customers who check in to the property falls below the minimum of four individuals in a group, the full group will forfeit the Amazon Gift Card.
12. Customers who are rebooking or customer who are in rent arrears under a 2025/26 tenancy agreement with Student Roost, or any prior tenancy agreement with Student Roost, are not eligible for this offer.
13. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
14. This offer can be applied in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
15. By booking as a group, each customer consents to their email address and contact details being used by Student Roost for the purposes of contacting them in connection with this offer.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and courts.
17. Student Roost reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all qualifying customers who successfully refer new customers for the 2026/27 academic year to live at Student Roost properties.
Definitions
Cashback Card – A pre-paid virtual payment card issued by Pluxee UK Ltd to qualifying customers for the purpose of receiving Cashback rewards under this incentive. The card is personal, non-transferable, and valid for one (1) year from the date of dispatch.
Cashback Payment – The £150 reward added to the qualifying customer’s Cashback Card for each successful referral made during the Entry Period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Overview
Customers who refer a person to live with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year between 00:01am GMT on 3 November 2025 to 11:59pm BST on 30 September 2026 (“Entry Period”) will receive £150 (one hundred and fifty) referral Cashback Payment, subject to these terms and conditions. No cash alternative is available.
Qualifying customers will receive £150 the Cashback Payment for each referred person during the Entry Period subject to Eligibility Criteria below.

Cashback Payment will be paid to the Cashback Card.
A link to Cashback Card will be sent to qualifying customers in October 2026, via the email address provided to Student Roost during the room booking process (and no later than 31 December 2026 if checked in on or after 24 October 2026) provided that:
i. The qualifying customer complied with all Eligibility Criteria above; and
ii. The referred person has checked in and complied with all Eligibility Criteria above.
The Cashback Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of dispatch. The expiry date will be printed on the card.
Cashback Payment Schedule: Cashback Payments will be processed in scheduled batches. An initial payment batch may be issued in mid-October for qualifying customers whose referred persons have checked in by 1 October 2026, followed by a subsequent batch issued after 24 October 2026. Additional payment processing may occur towards the end of the year and should be no later than 31 December 2026.
Restrictions
Data Protection and Privacy
By giving your Referral Code to any person for use in their booking application with Student Roost qualifying customers give their consent to the sharing of their personal data – including full name, date of birth, email address, and postal address – with both Student Roost and Pluxee UK Ltd. solely for the specific purpose of issuing the Cashback Card and administering the Cashback Payment.
Qualifying customers acknowledge and agree:
i. that they will keep the Security Information, used to access their Cashback Card, confidential and secure.
ii. not to misuse or misappropriate this Security Information, and
iii. not to share or disclose it to any other person, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or the Card Terms and Conditions.
Qualifying customers have the right to withdraw their consent before their data is shared with Pluxee UK Ltd. This can be done either:
• through their account on the Student Roost portal (if applicable), or
• by contacting Student Roost directly at [email protected]
Once the data is shared with Pluxee UK Ltd, Student Roost is no longer able to withdraw consent on behalf of the customer. After data is shared, any requests to withdraw consent, exercise data subject rights, or delete personal data before or after registration with Pluxee UK Ltd, must be directed to Pluxee UK Ltd, who act as the independent data controller from that point onward.
General Terms
Rooms are subject to availability.
Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
Use of the card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer and/or Pluxee UK Ltd. Student Roost shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in this incentive or use of the card.
The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Student Roost. Student Roost reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
Student Roost reserves the right to limit this offer to prevent unusual use and abuse. Where Student Roost suspects unusual use or abuse it reserves the right to suspend a customer’s right to the offer.

The terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend 2026/27 offer are amended for a limited time only in Sheffield as set out below:
1. This enhanced offer is open from 00:01am BST on 13 April 2026 to 23:59pm BST on 30 September 2026 (“Enhanced Offer Period”) and applies to customers who refer a friend to live at any Sheffield Student Roost property for the 2026/27 academic year during the Enhanced Offer Period. To be eligible for this offer, the referred friend must have completed a room booking in accordance with the Referral 2026/2027 terms and conditions (for the 2026/27 academic year) during the Enhanced Offer Period.
2. This offer is only available for students referred at the following properties
3. The value of the cashback that qualifying customers will receive for each friend they refer to live at a Student Roost property during the Enhanced Offer Period will increase to £300.
4. Each friend referred by a qualifying customer will also increase to £300 cashback.
5. Rooms are subject to availability.
6. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers whose friends have already booked a room with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year.
7. All other terms and conditions of the Referral offer continue to apply in full. For the avoidance of doubt, the referred friend must satisfy all the eligibility criteria conditions set out in paragraph 3 of the terms and conditions of the Referral offer.
8. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend 2026/27 offer are amended for a limited time only as set out below:
1. This offer is open from 00.01am GMT on 27 February 2026 to 23.59pm BST on 30 September 2026 (“Offer Period”) and applies to customers who refer a friend to live at any Student Roost property for the 2026/27 academic year during the Offer Period. To be eligible for this offer, the referred friend must have completed a room booking in accordance with the Referral 2026/2027 terms and conditions (for the 2026/27 academic year) during the Offer Period.
2. The value of the cashback that qualifying customers will receive for each friend they refer to live at a Student Roost property during the Offer Period will remain at £250.
3. Each friend referred by a qualifying customer will now receive £250 cashback, issued in the form of a pre-paid virtual payment card, subject to completing a booking for a room at a Student Roost property for the 2026/27 academic year during the Offer Period (from 00.01am GMT on 13 July 2026 to 23.59pm BST on 30 September 2026) and in accordance with the Referral terms and conditions.
4. Rooms are subject to availability.
5. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers whose friends have already booked a room with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year.
6. All other terms and conditions of the Referral offer continue to apply in full. For the avoidance of doubt, the referred friend must satisfy all the eligibility criteria conditions set out in paragraph 3 of the terms and conditions of the Referral offer.
7. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Rebooking and loyalty - offers and promotions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Cashback offers available to 2026/27 customers at participating Student Roost properties listed in paragraph 2 below.
‘Cashback’ refers to a monetary reward for booking accommodation with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
‘Offer Period’ means the period between 17:00 BST on 26 June 2026 and 23:59 BST on 06 September 2026 for the properties in paragraph 2, or until all Cashback allocations have been claimed, whichever occurs first.
‘Minimum tenancy period’ means the minimum tenancy length stated on the relevant property page.
Customers who complete a room booking for the 2026/27 academic year at one of the qualifying properties listed in paragraph 2 will receive Cashback, subject to these terms and conditions. No cash alternative is available.
The maximum number of Cashback offers available at each property listed in paragraph 2 is limited to 50, unless specified. Each qualifying customer will receive £750 Cashback and must enter the promotional code Cashback750. Cashback offers may also be restricted to specific room types as detailed in paragraph
2. Qualifying Properties
To qualify for a Cashback reward, a customer must:
a) Book a room for the 2026/27 academic year during the Offer Period at one of the eligible properties listed in paragraph 2, for the specified minimum tenancy period and, if applicable, in a qualifying room type; and
b) Enter the promotional code Cashback750 during the booking application; and
c) Complete all booking requirements (accept the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, pay the deposit (if applicable), ensure that the guarantor signs and returns the Guarantee Agreement) for a minimum tenancy period of 40 weeks, and pay the rent instalments due under their 2026/27 tenancy agreement in cleared funds by the due date; and
d) Check in to the relevant property listed in paragraph 2 at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy and not have given notice of cancellation; and
e) Be aged 18 or over and enrolled in UK higher/further education.
f) This offer is open to new customers, existing customers, rebookers and customers booking through an approved Student Roost agent.
g) Customers who are in rent arrears or in breach of any prior tenancy agreement with Student Roost are not eligible for this offer.

Students who book a room for the 2026/27 academic year in Sheffield between 00:01am GMT on 30 October 2025 and 23.59pm GMT on 30 September 2026 (“Entry Period”), will be entered into a prize draw to win x1 Jet2 holiday voucher with a value of £5000 (five thousand pounds) via Active International (the “Prize”), subject to these terms and conditions.
1. To qualify, a customer must:
a) Complete a room booking for the 2026/27 academic year at a Student Roost property in Sheffield during the Entry Period, for a minimum tenancy period of 51 weeks; and
b) be at least 18 years of age or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and
c) be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in a Student Roost city during the 2026/27 academic year; and
d) Check in at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and
e) For a booking to complete, the customer must have accepted the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any), their guarantor must have signed and returned the guarantee agreement and any applicable cooling off period must have expired without the customer giving notice of cancellation. 3. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
4. Bookings completed outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible for the prize draw.
There will only be one winner of the prize draw. The winner of the prize draw will receive x1 Jet2 holiday voucher worth £5000 provided via Active International. There will be no cash or gift card alternative.
5. Only one entry into the prize draw per eligible participant is permitted.
6. The prize is personal to the winner and is non-transferable.

10. The £5000 voucher is only redeemable for one holiday. The winner will be required to select a holiday from Jet2 and email details of the holiday, along with booking information, to Active International to arrange. The winner is eligible to win £5000 to spend on one Jet2 Holiday only. Any amounts, charges or levies over £5000 will be the responsibility of the winner to pay. No cash or credit will be offered for any holiday below the value of £5000. Use of the Prize is subject to further terms and conditions provided by the issuing organisation.
11. Once Student Roost provides details of the Active International representative to the winner, use of the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Active International. Student Roost will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising out of the winner’s use of the Prize.

14. The Arriva Bus Pass is subject to the terms and conditions of Arriva and may be subject to route, geographic area, time period and usage restrictions imposed by Arriva. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for any changes, suspension or withdrawal of services by Arriva.
15. If a customer cancels their 2026/27 tenancy agreement during the tenancy period they will forfeit entitlement to the Arriva Bus Pass. If the Arriva Bus Pass has already been issued, Student Roost reserves the right to recover the Arriva
Bus Pass or charge the customer the value of the benefit provided.
16. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server
failure of any kind.
17. This offer can be used in conjunction with any other Student Roost offer or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
