Referral - £150 cashback 2026/2027
1. Customers who refer a person to live with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year between 00:01am GMT on
3 November 2025 to 11:59pm BST on 30 September 2026 (“Entry Period”) will receive £150 (one hundred and fifty) cashback , subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Qualifying customers will receive £150 cashback for each person they refer during the Entry Period.
3. To qualify, a customer must either live with Student Roost during the 2025/26 academic year with a valid tenancy agreement or have a completed room booking with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year AND the referred person must satisfy all the following conditions:
(i) not have a tenancy agreement with Student Roost for the 2025/26 academic year; and
(ii) subject to paragraph 7, complete a room booking with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year during the Entry Period for a minimum tenancy period of 30 weeks; and
(iii) enter the customer’s Referral Code in their booking application; and
(iv) be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and
(v) must be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; and
(vi) check-in to the accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and
(vii) be living with Student Roost on 24 October 2026 with a valid tenancy agreement and without having given Student Roost notice of cancellation.
For a booking to complete the referred person must have accepted the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any) and their first instalment, their guarantor must have returned the signed guarantee agreement and any applicable cooling off or cancellation period must have expired without the person giving Student Roost notice of cancellation. Internet access is required.
4. Rooms are subject to availability.
5. Qualifying customers will receive £150 cashback for each person they refer during the Entry Period. There is no limit to the number of people that customers may refer to Student Roost. However, a customer cannot benefit from this offer if the person they have referred has already been referred by another person.
6. Qualifying customers in dual occupancy rooms will be entitled to one (1) cashback card only for each person they refer during the Entry Period (who satisfies the conditions in paragraph 3 above).
7. The Referral Code can be found in the customer’s account and may be given to multiple people to use. If the referred person does not enter a valid Referral Code in their booking application the customer will not qualify for this offer.
8. This offer excludes bookings for the 2026/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement or an agent.
9. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers whose Referrals have already booked a room with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year.
10. Customers who are in rent arrears under their 2025/26 tenancy agreement with Student Roost, or any prior tenancy agreement with Student Roost, or who are otherwise in breach of their 2025/26 tenancy agreement, are not eligible for this offer.
11. The Cashback will be issued in the form of a pre-paid virtual payment card. A link to the pre-paid virtual payment card will be sent to qualifying customers, via the email address provided to Student Roost during the room booking process, on 30 October 2026.
12. The pre-paid payment card will be valid for one (1) year from the date of dispatch. The expiry date will be indicated on the card.
13. The pre-paid payment card is personal to the qualifying customer. The pre-paid virtual payment card is non-transferable. Customers in dual occupancy rooms are entitled to one pre-paid virtual payment card only.
14. Student Roost may, at its discretion, provide Cashback through an alternative method, if for any reason it is unable to facilitate the pre-paid virtual payment card. Request for any alternative methods will not be accepted.
15. By giving your Referral Code to any person to use in their booking application with Student Roost you give your consent for your email address and contact details (i) to be used by Student Roost for the purposes of contacting you in connection with this offer and (ii) to be shared with Pluxee UK Ltd, the cashback provider for the purposes of sending you the pre-paid virtual payment card.
16. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
17. Student Roost reserves the right to limit this offer to prevent unusual use and abuse. Where Student Roost suspects unusual use or abuse it reserves the right to suspend a customer’s right to the offer.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
19. Student Roost reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
