New customers who complete a room booking for the 2026/27 academic year at one of the properties listed in the table below in paragraph 2 will receive a rent discount, subject to these terms and conditions. No cash alternative is available.  

Only a limited number of discounts are available at each property.

This offer is open between 12:00 pm BST (‘noon’) on 10 February 2026 until all the discounts for each property have been allocated or 17:00 BST on 30 April 2026, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”).

This offer is only available at the following properties for all room types (unless specified next to the property), and the maximum number of and value of rent discounts available at each property is stated against its name. Additionally, this offer is available for room bookings made for the 2026/27 academic year at one of the properties listed below through an approved Student Roost agent:

To qualify a customer must:

complete a room booking for the 2026/27 academic year during the Offer Period at one of the properties listed in paragraph 2, for a minimum tenancy period of 39 weeks, (and if applicable for a room of the specific type stated in the table above) AND, if applicable, make the room booking through an approved Student Roost agent; and

be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and

be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; and

check-in to the relevant property at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy and not have given notice of cancellation; and

not an existing customer; and

pay the first rent instalment due under their 2026/27 tenancy agreement in cleared funds by the due date.

For a booking to complete, the qualifying customer must have accepted the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any), their guarantor must have signed and returned the guarantee agreement and any applicable cooling off or cancellation period must have expired without the customer giving notice of cancellation. Internet access is required.

This offer is only available for bookings made at the properties listed above in paragraph 2 for the specific room types listed next to each property. Bookings made at a relevant property for a room type not listed are not eligible for this offer.

Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers who have already completed a room booking at one of the properties listed in paragraph 2 for the 2026/27 academic year.

This offer excludes bookings for the 2026/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement.  

The rent discount will be applied as a credit to the qualifying customer’s account with Student Roost and will be deducted from the final rent instalment payable pursuant to the customer’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement. If the rent discount exceeds the amount of the final rent instalment payable pursuant to the customer’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement then the balance will be deducted from the previous rent instalment.

If a customer does not check in to the property at the start of their 2026/27 tenancy they will forfeit entitlement to the rent discount and will be liable for the full amount of the rent under their tenancy agreement.

If a customer does not pay all rent instalments due and any other outstanding amounts/fees owed to Student Roost under their 2026/27 tenancy agreement they will forfeit entitlement to the rent discount and will be liable for the full amount of the rent under their tenancy agreement

If a customer cancels their 2026/27 tenancy agreement during the tenancy period they will forfeit entitlement to the rent discount and will be liable for the full amount of the rent under their tenancy agreement.

This offer can be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.

6. For a booking to complete, the qualifying customer must have accepted the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any), their guarantor must have signed and returned the guarantee agreement, and any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period must have expired without the customer giving notice of cancellation. Internet access is required.

7. This offer is only available for bookings made at the properties listed above in paragraph 4. Bookings made at properties not listed in the table are not eligible for this offer.

8. The Prizes are subject to availability. Once the maximum number of Prizes at each city has been allocated, no further Prizes will be available for that city. 

9. Only one choice of the Prizes will be permitted per completed booking, either the Nintendo Switch or the Samsung Galaxy Tablet. Customers are not able to claim both Prizes. 

10. Qualifying customers will be contacted via the email used in their booking no later than 17:00 BST on 17th April 2026, with details of how to select their preferred Prize (the Nintendo Switch or the Samsung Galaxy tablet). The Prize selection must be made no later than 17:00 BST on 17 May 2026. The Prize will be available for collection from the property reception desk, after the Customer has checked-in to the relevant property and completed all the steps in paragraph 5. 

11. If a customer does not check in to the property at the start of their 2026/27 tenancy, they will forfeit entitlement to the Prize.

12. If a customer cancels their 2026/27 tenancy agreement before or during the tenancy period, or fails to pay rent instalments or any other outstanding amounts due under their 2025/26 tenancy agreement, they will forfeit entitlement to the Prize.

13. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers who have already completed a room booking before the Offer Period.

14. This offer includes bookings for the 2026/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement.

15. No cash or alternative item will be offered in place of the Nintendo Switch or Samsung Galaxy table if for any reason Student Roost cannot procure one or both of the Prizes.

16. The Prizes are non-transferable. Customers in dual occupancy rooms are entitled to one Prize item only.

17. Rooms are subject to availability.

18. Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

19. The promoter accepts no responsibility for the quality, suitability or warranty of the gift. Any faults or defects should be addressed directly with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Travel Pass offers available to qualifying customers who book accommodation for the 2026/27 academic year at participating Student Roost properties.

Definitions

‘Travel Pass’ refers to a public transport travel ticket, card, or digital code (including, but not limited to, bus, tram, or metro passes) issued by a third-party travel provider and supplied to qualifying customers as part of this offer. ‘Issuing Organisation’ refers to the third-party provider responsible for issuing and managing the Travel Pass. ‘Offer Period’ means the period specified on the relevant property page during which qualifying bookings must be made to be eligible for this offer. Each offer remains valid until all Travel Passes have been claimed or the offer expiry date passes, whichever occurs first.

‘Qualifying Booking’ means a completed room booking at a participating Student Roost property for the 2026/27 academic year, subject to the offer-specific Eligibility Criteria described below and those on the relevant property page.

The maximum number of Travel Pass offers available at a property may be limited. Travel Pass offers may also vary by monetary amount or to a specific room type, details of which can be found on each relevant property page.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a Travel Pass, a customer must:

· Complete a Qualifying Booking at a participating Student Roost property during the relevant Offer Period; and

· Enter the promotional code specified on the property page at the time of booking (if required); and

· Complete all booking requirements (accept the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement, pay the deposit (if applicable), ensure that the guarantor signs and returns the Guarantee Agreement) for a minimum tenancy period of 40 weeks, and pay the rent instalments due under their 2026/27 tenancy agreement in cleared funds by the due date; and

· Check in to the relevant property at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy and not have given notice of cancellation; and

· Be aged 18 or over and enrolled in UK higher or further education.

Current customers who are in rent arrears or otherwise in breach of their tenancy agreement with Student Roost (whether current or prior) are not eligible for this offer.

2. Reward Details

Qualifying customers shall receive a Travel Pass issued by the Issuing Organisation, providing access to public transport services as detailed on the participating Student Roost property page. The number of Travel Passes available may be limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Travel Pass codes or activation instructions will be sent to qualifying customers by email, using the address provided during the booking process, no later than 23:59 BST on 31 October 2026, that the qualifying customer has:

i. checked into the relevant property; and

ii. fully complied with all steps and requirements described in paragraph 1 (Eligibility Criteria) above.

The Travel Pass is personal to the qualifying customer and is non-transferable. No cash or gift card alternative is available.

3. Restrictions

· Travel Passes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative rewards.

· Only one Travel Pass will be issued per qualifying tenancy.

· Customers in dual occupancy rooms are entitled to one Travel Pass only.

· Travel Passes cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings completed before the relevant Offer Period.

· Travel Passes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

· This offers excludes bookings made through a nomination agreement and referral agreement but includes a student referred via an Agent Agreement, unless explicitly stated on the property page.

· Student Roost reserves the right to substitute a Travel Pass with an alternative of equal value if, for any reason, it is unable to provide the advertised Travel Pass.

· If a customer cancels their 2026/27 tenancy agreement during the tenancy period they will forfeit entitlement to the Travel Pass.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

By making a Qualifying Booking, customers give their consent for their personal data – including full name, date of birth, email address, and postal address – to be shared with the Issuing Organisation for the sole purpose of issuing and administering the Travel Pass. Qualifying customers acknowledge and agree that:

i. They will keep all access details or digital codes relating to the Travel Pass secure and

confidential; ii. They will not misuse or share those details with others; iii. Use of the Travel Pass is subject to the Issuing Organisation’s own terms and conditions, and Student Roost accepts no responsibility for their operation or validity. Customers may withdraw consent for data sharing before their information is shared with the Issuing Organisation by contacting Student Roost at [email protected]. Once shared, data subject requests must be directed to the Issuing Organisation, which acts as an independent data controller.

54. General Terms

Rooms are subject to availability.

Student Roost accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Offer Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

The Travel Pass is issued and managed solely by the Issuing Organisation, and Student Roost shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from its use or availability.

The decision to issue or withdraw the Travel Pass incentive is at the absolute discretion of Student Roost.

Student Roost reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this offer at any time.

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. This offer is open between 9:00am GMT on 23 January 2026 until all the NET annual tram passes have been allocated or 17:00pm GMT on 30 April 2026, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”). 

2. To qualify a customer must: 

a) complete a room booking for the 2026/27 academic year during the Offer Period at Hydrogen, for a minimum tenancy period of 45 weeks AND, if applicable, make the room booking through an approved Student Roost agent; and
b) enter the code TRAM26 in their booking application; and 
c) be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and
d) be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; and
e) check-in to Hydrogen at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy and not have given notice of cancellation; and
f) if an existing customer, not be in rent arrears under their 2025/26 tenancy agreement or otherwise in breach of their 2025/26 tenancy agreement or any prior tenancy agreement with Student Roost; and

9. If the qualifying customer does not check-in to Hydrogen at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period they will forfeit entitlement to the NET annual tram pass. 

10. If a customer does not pay the first rent instalment due under their 2026/27 tenancy agreement by the due date they will forfeit entitlement to the NET annual tram pass. 

11. The NET annual tram pass is personal to the qualifying customer and is non-transferable. 

12. Use of the NET annual tram pass is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing organisation. Student Roost is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of a qualifying customer’s use of the NET annual tram pass. 

13. Student Roost reserves the right to substitute the NET annual tram pass with an alternative item of equal value if for any reason it is unable to procure a NET annual tram pass. No cash alternative is available. 

14. By completing a room booking a customer gives their consent for their email address and contact details to be (i) used by Student Roost for the purpose of contacting them in connection with this offer and (ii) shared with NET for the purposes of sending them a NET annual tram pass. 

15. Customers living with Student Roost who are in rent arrears or otherwise in breach of a 2025/26 tenancy agreement with Student Roost, or any prior tenancy agreement with Student Roost, are not eligible for this offer. 

16. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If there is any doubt or dispute as to whether or not evidence of identity is satisfactory the decision of Student Roost will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

6. The rent discount will be applied as a credit to the qualifying customer’s account with Student Roost and will be deducted from the final rent instalment payable pursuant to the customer’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement. If the rent discount exceeds the amount of the final rent instalment payable pursuant to the customer’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement then the balance will be deducted from the previous rent instalment. No cash or gift card alternative is available.  

7. Student Roost reserves the right to substitute the bedding pack for an alternative gift of equal value if for any reason it is unable to procure the bedding pack. No cash or gift card alternative is available. 

8. Only one rent discount and one bedding pack per qualifying customer is permitted. The rent discount and bedding pack is personal to the qualifying customer and is non-transferable. Customers in dual occupancy rooms are entitled to one rent discount only.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all qualifying customers who successfully refer new customers for the 2026/27 academic year to live at Student Roost properties. 

Definitions

Cashback Card – A pre-paid virtual payment card issued by Pluxee UK Ltd to qualifying customers for the purpose of receiving Cashback rewards under this incentive. The card is personal, non-transferable, and valid for one (1) year from the date of dispatch.

Cashback Payment – The £150 reward added to the qualifying customer’s Cashback Card for each successful referral made during the Entry Period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Overview

Customers who refer a person to live with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year between 00:01am GMT on 3 November 2025 to 11:59pm BST on 30 September 2026 (“Entry Period”) will receive £150 (one hundred and fifty) referral Cashback Payment, subject to these terms and conditions. No cash alternative is available.

Qualifying customers will receive £150 the Cashback Payment for each referred person during the Entry Period subject to Eligibility Criteria below.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, a customer must:

• be living with Student Roost during the 2025/26 academic year with a valid tenancy agreement or

7. be living with Student Roost on 24 October 2026 with a valid tenancy agreement and without having given Student Roost notice of cancellation.

* A booking is considered complete once the referred person has:

• Accepted the terms and conditions of Student Roost’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement; and 
• Paid the deposit (if applicable) and their first instalment; and 
• Provided a signed Guarantee Agreement from their guarantor;  and 
• Passed cooling off/cancellation period without cancelling.

Reward Details

Cashback Payment will be paid to the Cashback Card. 

A link to Cashback Card will be sent to qualifying customers in October 2026, via the email address provided to Student Roost during the room booking process (and no later than 31 December 2026 if checked in on or after 24 October 2026) provided that: 

i. The qualifying customer complied with all Eligibility Criteria above; and

ii. The referred person has checked in and complied with all Eligibility Criteria above.

The Cashback Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of dispatch. The expiry date will be printed on the card.

Cashback Payment Schedule: Cashback Payments will be processed in scheduled batches. An initial payment batch may be issued in mid-October for qualifying customers whose referred persons have checked in by 1 October 2026, followed by a subsequent batch issued after 24 October 2026. Additional payment processing may occur towards the end of the year and should be no later than 31 December 2026.

Restrictions

• £150 cashback per qualifying referral during the Entry Period. 
• No limit to the number of referrals. 
• A referral cannot be counted if the referred person has already been referred by someone else.
• Qualifying customers in dual-occupancy rooms will receive one Cashback Card with Cashback Payment added for each successful referral.
• The Referral Code must be entered at the time of booking; retrospective claims cannot be accepted. The Referral Code can be found in the customer’s account and may be given to multiple people to use. 
• This offer excludes bookings for the 2026/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement or an agent.
• The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers whose Referrals have already booked a room with Student Roost for the 2026/27 academic year.

Data Protection and Privacy

By giving your Referral Code to any person for use in their booking application with Student Roost qualifying customers give their consent to the sharing of their personal data – including full name, date of birth, email address, and postal address – with both Student Roost and Pluxee UK Ltd. solely for the specific purpose of issuing the Cashback Card and administering the Cashback Payment.

Qualifying customers acknowledge and agree:

i.             that they will keep the Security Information, used to access their Cashback Card, confidential and secure. 

ii.           not to misuse or misappropriate this Security Information, and 

iii.         not to share or disclose it to any other person, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or the Card Terms and Conditions.

Qualifying customers have the right to withdraw their consent before their data is shared with Pluxee UK Ltd. This can be done either:

•            through their account on the Student Roost portal (if applicable), or

•            by contacting Student Roost directly at [email protected]

Once the data is shared with Pluxee UK Ltd, Student Roost is no longer able to withdraw consent on behalf of the customer. After data is shared, any requests to withdraw consent, exercise data subject rights, or delete personal data before or after registration with Pluxee UK Ltd, must be directed to Pluxee UK Ltd, who act as the independent data controller from that point onward.

General Terms
