From en-suites to studios, we have a range of room types to choose from. Discover the differences to make your choice.
Shared flat or single studio? Not sure what the difference is? We’ll help you
decide.
With a variety of room types to suit every student need, how do you decide
which one is right for you? It all depends on a number of factors, such as which year of study you’re in, whether you’re living with mates, and which property you choose.
From shared flats with individual en-suite rooms and self-contained studio living, to two-bedroom apartments and city living townhouses, the choice is endless. Ultimately, you need to choose the room that will be the best fit for you and enable you to get the best from your living experience.
We’ve highlighted our most popular room types below, so it’s easier than ever to make your choice.
If you and your mates are looking to book together, then a shared flat could be the way to go. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom but share living spaces and a kitchen, meaning you can socialise and study together while knowing you can find solace in your own space.
There’s always the opportunity to meet new people and make friends for life in shared flats, too, as well as having built-in motivation from multiple people if you’re procrastinating on that assignment – or need to tackle the washing up in your shared kitchen!
Our studio flats are basically like your very own city apartment! Inside you’ll find everything you need to make your flat yours during your studies, including a kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom.
A studio room can offer space and sanctuary, whether you're looking to call
home in peace, read a book, meditate or just watch Netflix in bed after a few
hectic weekends. Dual occupancy is available in our studio rooms too, so you’ve got the option to share with a partner who’s also studying.
Very similar to a studio but with separate bedrooms, so you can focus on getting a good night’s sleep without someone else taking the duvet!
These room types have a shared bathroom and kitchen and are perfect for the
two best friends who instantly clicked on induction day. You might also get a
balcony if your property has availability, making thoughts of evenings watching the sunset over the city a reality!
Hopefully, you now have an idea of which room type suits you the most. Once
you’ve made your choice, start that booking to secure your room.
