Bringing Guests To Property

At Student Roost, we understand the importance of having guests stay over and want all residents to feel comfortable inviting their friends and family to visit. Guests will need to sign in at the reception desk and, to ensure that everyone can enjoy their time here to the fullest and feel safe, follow the guidelines below:

  • Guests may stay for a maximum of three nights per week, unless otherwise approved by the property manager.
  • Extended stays may be permitted for certain occasions at the discretion of the property manager.
  • Guests are expected to adhere to all terms of the tenancy agreement and must respect the privacy, property, and comfort of our residents.
  • Residents are responsible for the safety of their guests at all times, including during emergencies.
  • The property team retains the right to refuse entry or remove guests whose behaviour poses risks to others.
