Can I cancel my booking?

We'd hate to see you cancel your booking with us, but sometimes circumstances change and you’re left with no other option – we get it!

Under what circumstances can I cancel?

Should you need to cancel your booking, please take a look at the Cancellation Policy for your academic year.

The policies include information on:

  • Cooling-off periods 
  • How to make a cancellation request in the event of (including but not limited to) not receiving the required grades for your course, not obtaining a visa or your university place being deferred
  • Instances where your booking may be cancelled by Student Roost

I paid a deposit then cancelled my booking. Will I get my deposit refunded?

As per our cancellation policy, if you decide to cancel your booking within the cooling off period, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Please note that deposits must be held within the relevant Protection Scheme for at least 30 days before they can be released due to anti-money laundering regulations, so it may take a little while for the refund to be completed.
