Are you preparing to embark on your next chapter as a postgraduate student? Learn more about our postgraduate living.
Master’s or PhD student? We’ve got you.
Many of our residents are postgraduate students. They may have joined us for their new chapter, or may have lived with us for a number of years from their first year of study, feeling comfortable and safe to remain in their Student Roost property during later study.
Our properties are available to all university students, no matter their year of study. While we don’t have postgraduate-only properties, many of our properties feature studio rooms which are popular with postgraduate students who want a more independent experience of student living.
Yes, you can! During the booking process, you have the option to note any additional requests you may have, such as flat/room preference and if you want to share with a friend. If you want to be allocated in a postgraduate-only flat, make sure you put this in the additional requests section; for example “I would like to be allocated in a flat with only postgraduate students.”
Although it cannot be guaranteed, our property teams try their best to ensure all requests are met.
We know that the living experience is different for postgraduate students, and you may want something different from your accommodation to students who are in earlier years of study.
You can visit our dedicated postgraduate page – and don’t forget our blog – to find more helpful information to make the most out of studying and living as a postgraduate student with Student Roost.
