We house over 22,000 students in our properties every year, and our priority is to ensure that our services and facilities are supportive of a successful university experience. Where we have vacant rooms within a property, we may accept bookings for shorter stays from both students and non-students. This will only take place in certain properties and if rooms are available. Any non-student bookings will not be accepted within flats already occupied by students.
