It can be difficult at first to feel at home, especially if you've travelled from a different country. Read our advice here.
Support is always available for every resident at Student Roost, whether that’s in person, over the phone, via email, or signposting.
We understand that students feel differently about moving away from home to study at university. Some are excited about starting a new chapter in their life and becoming self-sufficient, while others will feel nervous about leaving home and moving to a new city.
At Student Roost, we have a dedicated Resident Wellbeing team to support you. Our dedicated Wellbeing Hub is full of resources and support for anything you might be going through.
Joining a society at your university is a great way to meet new, likeminded people and potentially find a new hobby or further enhance an existing one.
The Student Roost app is also available for all residents to download, where you can join chats with other residents on a variety of topics, find out about upcoming property events, and book facilities such as hosting kitchens, karaoke booths and study rooms.
