Can I get items delivered to the property ahead of my arrival?

The simple answer is yes! 

Many residents, both international and from within the UK, regularly have items delivered to their property in advance of their arrival. This means that on check-in day, their items are already in their allocated room and just need unpacking. 

Mainly, items delivered to properties in advance include:

  • Bedding, such as duvets, pillows and sheets
  • Small furniture items, such as laundry baskets or storage items
  • Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery 


All deliveries to our properties are scanned into a Parcel Tracker by our property team members and stored in secure post rooms. Once your parcel has been scanned, you will receive an email to say its ready for collection. 

If you are ordering items to be delivered to your property before your arrival, where possible please let the property team know what is being delivered and when, so they can ensure it is left in your room for check-in. 

We cannot accept delivery of fresh food, such as fruit, vegetables, takeaway food, and items that need to be placed in the fridge or freezer. Dry produce such as pasta, rice and tinned items can be accepted.
